The Collective Success Center is approximately 6,800 square feet. One half is an event space and the other half is an executive office suite. The event space side is approximately 4,000 square feet.
We can accommodate up to 130 people. 130 people for standing room only, or 100 people seated.
Yes, a non-refundable 50% deposit is due at booking, with the balance due 7 days before the event. The deposit is applied toward the rental fee.
Payment for daily or weekly rental must be made at time of booking. Rent is due on the first day of each month for monthly rentals unless otherwise specified. Late payments will incur a fee of $25.00.
The Collective Success Center’s event space is for professional events, such as networking mixers, workshops and seminars. We do not allow reservations for personal events.
Liability insurance is required for events with over 25 guests or if alcohol is served.
Yes! Parking is free for all guests except in reserved spots. Handicap spaces require valid decals.
Yes, our space is fully equipped with professional-grade microphones, headphones, mixers, and soundproofing. We also offer technical support and editing services upon request.
We understand the importance of reliable internet connectivity. We provide high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the throughout the event space and the executive offices.
Yes! You are welcome to arrange outside catering for your events. Chafing dishes or open flames require a catering staff member present.
Alcoholic beverages, including beer and wine, are prohibited unless pre-approved with proper licensing.
